Build the report you need.

  • Start from one of eight datasets: invoices, subscriptions, payments, refunds, credit notes, customers, tax collected and tax reversed
  • Pick the columns, add filters, and group by any field to total it: by customer, by status, by currency, by month
  • Click any group to drill down to the rows behind it, then open the invoice or the customer
  • Save it, clone it to try a variation, archive it when it has done its job
  • Saved custom reports by plan: 3 on Launch, 25 on Grow, 200 on Scale

Take the numbers with you.

  • Download any report as a CSV, exactly as you see it: money as plain numbers, dates ready to sort
  • Have a report emailed daily, weekly or monthly, at the hour you pick in your own timezone (Scale)
  • Run the same reports over the API and pull the rows into your own tools
  • Totals never add dollars to euros: every currency is reported in its own money
Revenue copilot

No time to build it? Ask.

Type the question the way you would ask a colleague. The copilot picks the report that can answer, runs it, and replies with the figure and the rows it used. For the headline numbers, MRR, ARR, average revenue per customer and active subscriptions, the dashboard has them charted every morning.

Who owes us money right now?
$4,380.00 is overdue across 6 customers.
Globex Corp owes the most, $1,980.00 over two invoices, the oldest 21 days late.

What reports come built in?

Ready-made reports for revenue, subscriptions, receivables (what you are owed and what is overdue), payments, refunds and credit notes, customers, and tax, including tax collected by rate and by country and a list of untaxed invoices to review. They come with every plan and fill in as you bill.

Can I build my own billing reports?

Yes. Start from one of eight datasets (invoices, subscriptions, payments, refunds, credit notes, customers, tax collected, tax reversed), pick the columns, add filters, and group by any field to total it. Save, clone, and archive your reports. Launch includes 3 saved custom reports, Grow 25, and Scale 200.

Can a report be emailed to my team on a schedule?

Yes, from the Scale plan. Choose daily, weekly or monthly, the day and the hour in your own timezone, and the teammates who should receive it. Each delivery is an email with a link to download that period's report as a CSV.

Can I export a report to a spreadsheet?

Every report downloads as a CSV on every plan, exactly as you see it on screen: money as plain numbers and dates in year-month-day form, ready to sort and total. The same reports are also available through the API.

How do reports handle more than one currency?

Reports never add different currencies together. Filter or group by currency and each total stays in its own money, so a figure always means what it says.

Will the reports match my invoices?

They are built from the same records the invoices are written from, with no sync in between. Click any grouped number and you land on the exact invoices, payments, or customers behind it.

Every number, down to the invoice.
