Billing integrations for the rest of your tools.

Invoices and payments land in your books, customers show up in your CRM, your team hears about big moments in Slack, and tax is worked out for you. Slack and Avalara connect in a click; QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot and sending from Gmail or Outlook are switched on for your account on request. After that, each one keeps up by itself.

What flows where

Six tools, one setup each.

QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Slack and Avalara come with the Grow and Scale plans. Slack and Avalara connect in a click; QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot and sending from Gmail or Outlook are switched on for your account on request.

QuickBooks Online

yRecurring → QuickBooks

Your books stay current without anyone retyping an invoice.

  • Customers, invoices, payments and credit notes, as they happen
  • Your own account mappings, with overrides where one product needs its own
  • A separate company for each billing entity
  • Backfill past records, pause and resume at any time

Xero

yRecurring → Xero

The same bookkeeping, for businesses that keep their books in Xero.

  • Contacts, invoices, payments and credit notes, as they happen
  • Account mappings with per-product overrides
  • A separate organization for each billing entity
  • Backfill past records, pause and resume at any time

HubSpot

yRecurring → HubSpot

Your sales team sees who pays what, right on the contact.

  • Each customer kept in sync as a HubSpot contact, matched by email
  • MRR, subscription status and next renewal date as contact properties
  • You choose which fields map to which properties
  • One way, out: a CRM edit never rewrites a billing figure

Slack

yRecurring → Slack

The billing moments your team cares about, in the channel they already read.

  • New and canceled subscriptions, payments received, invoices past due
  • Failed payments, and each step of a recovery until the money is back
  • Pick which events post, and to which channel
  • A Slack step in any automation, with your own message

Avalara AvaTax

yRecurring ⇄ Avalara

Sales tax and VAT worked out for every invoice, by the people who do tax.

  • Tax calculated automatically as each invoice is drafted
  • Finalized invoices recorded in AvaTax, voided ones voided there too
  • Switched on per billing entity, so each company files its own way
  • Your own tax rates stay available where you do not need it

Gmail and Outlook

Your mailbox → your customers

Invoices and reminders sent from your own address, from your own mailbox.

  • Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, switched on for your account on request
  • Or send from yRecurring with your name on it
  • Your own templates with a preview, and a test send before anything goes out
  • Turn each notification on or off, and check every send in the email log
Payments

Eight gateways.

Your own account, always. Connect the payment provider you already use, or more than one. Money goes straight to your account, card details stay with the provider, and each currency can go through the gateway that suits it. On every plan.

Webhooks and API

Connect anything else.

Anything on your own side can listen and talk back. Webhooks tell your app the moment a subscription starts or a payment fails; the REST API creates customers, subscriptions, usage and invoices from your code.

  • Signed webhooks, retried and replayable
  • Idempotency keys on every change
  • API keys scoped to what they need
  • An OpenAPI file for your tools

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Which integrations does yRecurring have?

QuickBooks Online and Xero for accounting, HubSpot for your CRM, Slack for team alerts, Avalara AvaTax for sales tax and VAT, and Gmail or Outlook for sending email from your own mailbox. On top of those: eight payment gateways, signed webhooks, and a REST API.

Which plans include the integrations?

QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Slack and Avalara come with the Grow and Scale plans. Slack and Avalara connect in a click; QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot and sending from Gmail or Outlook are switched on for your account on request. Payment gateways, webhooks and the API are on every plan.

What does the QuickBooks or Xero integration send?

Customers, invoices, payments and credit notes, as they happen, posted to the accounts you map. You can override the mapping for a single product, send each billing entity to its own company, backfill records from before you connected, and pause the sync whenever you need to.

Does HubSpot sync both ways?

No, it syncs one way, from yRecurring to HubSpot. Each customer becomes or updates a contact, with MRR, subscription status and next renewal date as properties, so a change in the CRM can never alter a billing figure.

Can I send invoices from my own email address?

Yes. Ask us to switch on Gmail (Google Workspace) or Outlook (Microsoft 365) sending for your account, connect the mailbox, and invoices, receipts and reminders go out from it. You can edit every template, preview it, and send yourself a test first.

Can I connect tools that are not on the list?

Yes, through webhooks and the API. Webhooks are signed, retried when your endpoint is down, and can be replayed. The REST API accepts idempotency keys and scoped API keys, and is described in an OpenAPI file your tools can read.

Connect it once. It keeps up.
