Refunds and Cancellation

This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for yRecurring subscriptions. It is part of the Terms of Service. The short version: you can cancel any time, your first payment has a 14 day money back guarantee, and billing mistakes are always corrected.

Free trial

The free trial requires no payment card. Nothing is charged during the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends: your account converts to a paid plan only when you choose one and complete payment yourself. If you do nothing, you are never billed.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time, yourself, from your account settings. No email, call, or notice period is needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until then, and you are not billed again.

Refunds

• First payment, any plan: not right for you? Write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.
• Renewal payments: renewals are not refundable. Cancel before the renewal date and you will not be charged; after a renewal, your plan simply stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Billing errors: a double charge, a wrong amount, or a charge after you cancelled is our mistake and we will refund it, whenever it happened. Please tell us within 30 days of noticing so we can also fix the cause.
• Where the law requires more, the law wins. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable law.

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Before you dispute a charge

If a charge from us looks wrong, please contact us first at [email protected]. We respond within 2 business days, and a genuine problem is almost always resolved faster this way than through a bank dispute. Every charge we make is backed by an invoice you can inspect in your account, down to the calculation behind each amount.
