Subscription billing for courses and communities.
Monthly while they learn or yearly to save, a member area that opens the moment they pay, and a page where members manage themselves. Members pay through your own Stripe or PayPal account.
From $39 a month, never a percentage of what your members pay. We never hold your money.

The four things that matter when members pay you.
Offer both. A member who moves from monthly to yearly is credited for the month already paid, on the invoice, in words. One who moves the other way keeps what they paid for.
Your site asks yRecurring whether this person has paid and opens or closes the door from the answer. A card that fails does not lock anyone out during the retry days; a cancellation does, at the end of what they paid for.
A code for launch week, a batch for a partner's audience, an expiry date on both. The founding members keep their price for as long as they stay.
Update a card, switch plans, download an invoice, cancel. Your logo and colors, one link in the member area.
How an online school with 530 members runs on yRecurring.
Studio School sells a year of lessons, monthly or yearly. Access was switched on by hand after each payment, and a failed card locked people out in the middle of a course.
- 01Monthly at $40 and yearly at $400, and a FOUNDING code for the first 200 members at launch.
- 02The site asks yRecurring for each member's plan and opens the member area from the answer.
- 03530 members imported with their renewal dates; the founding members kept their price.
- Access follows the payment both ways: a new member is in the same minute, and a failed card keeps the door open during the retry days.
- Members switch from monthly to yearly on their own page, and the month already paid is credited on the invoice.
- Nobody switches anything on by hand any more.
What your customers see.
A checkout page you share or embed, and a place where they see their invoices, update a card, or change plans without emailing you. Your logo, your colors.
Move your members over without losing a renewal date.
Export your members from the platform you use now as a spreadsheet, upload it, and check the preview line by line. Nothing is written until you approve it, and no member gets an email about an old payment. Renewal dates carry over, so nobody is charged twice.

Export everything any month, in open formats, and leave without a fee. How we keep it safe
Before you move a single customer.
Can members pay monthly and switch to yearly later?
Yes. The switch is made from their own page, the month already paid is credited, and the invoice says so in a sentence.
How does my site know who has paid?
Each plan says what it includes; your site asks for a member's plan and opens the door from the answer. A failed card keeps the door open during the retry days.
What happens when a card fails?
The charge is retried at a sensible time, the member gets a friendly note with a link to fix the card, and they keep their access while it gets sorted.
Can I offer a launch discount?
Yes. A code for a week, a batch of codes for a partner, a percentage or a fixed amount, with an expiry date.
What if I want to leave?
Export every member, payment and card status any month, in open formats. No long term contract on self serve plans and no exit fees.
