Subscription billing for software products.
Plans, seats and free trials. Someone adds a seat mid month or upgrades halfway through the year, and the bill comes out right. Customers pay through your own Stripe or PayPal account, and your app reads the plan.
From $39 a month, never a percentage of what your customers pay. We never hold your money.

The four things that matter when you sell software.
Monthly and yearly plans, per seat pricing, and a 14 day trial that turns into a paying customer without anyone touching it. A new plan is live the minute you save it.
A seat added on the 18th is charged for the days left in the month, and the invoice says so in a sentence. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are worked out the same way.
Each plan says what it includes. Your product asks yRecurring what this customer has and opens features from the answer, so the plan you sell is the plan they get.
Calls, gigabytes, messages: meter it, give each plan an allowance, bill what crosses it. Prepaid credits if that is how your market buys.
How a 140-customer software company runs on yRecurring.
Acme Analytics sells a project tool to small teams: a Pro plan per seat, monthly or yearly, with a 14 day trial. Their old billing tool took 0.75% of every payment, and every mid month seat change meant a support ticket and a credit worked out by hand.
- 01Two plans, monthly and yearly, priced per seat, with a 14 day trial on both.
- 02A checkout link on the pricing page, and the app reads each customer's plan and opens that many seats.
- 03140 customers and their renewal dates imported from a spreadsheet on a Tuesday evening.
- Seats added mid month are charged for the days left, and the invoice says so. The seat tickets stopped.
- Trials turn into paying customers without anyone touching them.
- The 0.75% is gone: $99 a month at their volume, whatever they grow to.
What your customers see.
A checkout page you share or embed, and a place where they see their invoices, update a card, or change plans without emailing you. Your logo, your colors.
Move your customers over without a migration project.
Export your customers and subscriptions from the tool you use now as a spreadsheet, upload it, and check the preview line by line. Nothing is written until you approve it, and no customer gets an email about an old invoice. Renewal dates carry over, so nobody is charged twice.

Export everything any month, in open formats, and leave without a fee. How we keep it safe
Before you move a single customer.
Does it handle per seat pricing?
Yes. Price a plan per seat, let customers add and remove seats from their own page, and every change is charged for the days it applies to. The invoice explains each line in a sentence.
What happens when a customer upgrades mid month?
The unused part of the old plan is credited and the new plan is charged for the days left, on one invoice, worked out to the day. No spreadsheet, no manual credit note.
Can my app check what a customer has paid for?
Yes. Each plan lists what it includes; your app asks for a customer's plan and gates features from the answer. Trials, upgrades and cancellations all flow through the same answer.
Can I sell usage on top of a subscription?
Yes. A base plan with an allowance, then a rate above it, or prepaid credits that burn down per request. Usage sent twice is counted once.
What if I want to leave?
Export everything, any month, in open formats. No long term contract on self serve plans and no exit fees.
