Eight payment providers. Connect one, or several.

Test and live mode are separate connections. Keys are checked with the provider before they are saved, and cards stay in the provider's vault, never with us.

How customers pay

However your customers like to pay.

Buyers see the ways you offer on your checkout, invoice and payment pages, and each payment is recorded as what it actually was.

Cards

Card payments through Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, Authorize.Net, Paystack or Flutterwave, saved for renewals.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

On your hosted pages through Stripe, after one setup step on the Stripe gateway page.

Bank debit

Bacs in the UK, SEPA in Europe and ACH in the US through GoCardless, for customers who pay from their bank account.

PayPal

Customers who prefer it pay from their PayPal account, alongside your card provider.

Mobile money

M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money and more through Flutterwave, paid from each invoice's payment link.

Bank transfer and cheque

Offer your own payment instructions instead of a card form, then record the payment when it arrives.

Multiple currencies

Charge each customer in their own currency.

Set a price in dollars, euros, pounds or any of 33 currencies, and each customer is billed and charged in theirs. You pick the price in every currency yourself, so there are no exchange-rate surprises for you or for them.

  • Every currency's decimals and rounding handled exactly, down to the smallest unit
  • Send each currency to the provider that collects it best, with a default for the rest
  • Invoices and reports never add different currencies together, so every total means something
Collection

Renewals charged on time, without anyone pressing a button.

Automatic collection

When a renewal invoice is ready, the saved card is charged on its own. Switch it off for customers who pay by invoice.

A backup card

If the main card declines, a customer's backup card is tried straight away, before any follow-up begins.

Bank confirmations handled

When a bank asks the customer to approve a payment, they get a link to approve it. Nothing is retried blindly.

A card update link

Each customer has a private page to replace their card. It saves the card and never charges, and a waiting payment picks up again.

Retries that make sense

Failed payments are retried on your schedule on every plan. From Grow, retry timing adapts to the reason and expiring cards get a heads-up.

Refunds and disputes

Refund in full or in part through the provider. Chargebacks show on the payment as they open and are booked when they close.

Security and trust

Your money never sits with us.

One flat monthly price, never a cut of your sales. The provider's own fees are between you and them.

Paid straight to you

Charges run through your own provider account and settle there, on the provider's usual schedule.

Cards never touch us

Card details go into the provider's own secure fields and stay in its vault.

Every step on the record

Each charge, refund and dispute is kept with its outcome and the provider's own reference.

Bring your saved cards

Moving from another billing system on the same Stripe, GoCardless, Authorize.Net or Paystack account? Saved cards come across, and customers keep paying.

Which payment providers can I connect?

Eight: Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, Adyen, Authorize.Net, GoCardless for bank debit, Paystack and Flutterwave. You connect your own account with each, and you can connect more than one at a time.

Where does the money go?

Straight into your own payment provider account, on the provider's usual payout schedule. yRecurring tells the provider what to collect and records the outcome; it never holds your money or stores a card number.

Do you take a percentage of my payments?

No cut of each payment. Your plan is a flat monthly price, chosen by how much you bill in a month, and the pricing page shows how a big month is handled. Your payment provider charges its own processing fees, as it does today.

Can I bill customers in different currencies?

Yes. You can price in any of 33 currencies, and each price is in one currency that you set yourself, so there is no exchange-rate conversion. Invoices and reports keep currencies apart, and with two or more providers connected you choose which one collects each currency.

What happens when a card payment fails?

If the customer has a backup card, it is tried straight away. If that fails too, a recovery run starts: retries on your schedule, a link for the customer to update their card, and, from the Grow plan, retry timing that adapts to why the payment failed.

Can customers pay by bank transfer or cheque?

Yes. Turn on offline payments and write your own instructions, such as your bank details. Customers see them on your checkout and invoice pages instead of a card form, and you record the payment when it arrives.

Keep your payment provider. Add the billing.
